"TERRIBLE!!! Drop off snowblower in July. Was guaranteed it would be fixed by October before snow. Just got it back today November 27th. I have already had a 3” snow and a 10” inch snow last night. Charged me for a carb cleaning cause it didn’t run right. Weird since I started it just fine and drove it off my trailer upon drop off. When I explained my issue with the time and carb cleaning the guy just looked at me and said ok. Couldn’t care less. When I picked it up today I heard a sales guy trying to sell a $2k snowblower to an elderly couple. He has 30’ driveway and doesn’t need a pro machine. TERRIBLE!!!"

While businesses today are struggling to find and keep good employees, this business has an excellent staff that takes the time to provide great customer service."
