"Anthony, Ken and Trent were awesome! I went in for an oil change but they also addressed my coolant level, filled my tires, topped off all fluids and gave my vehicle a post-snow cleaning. I was so impressed and will absolutely come back. 5 stars!"

"The techs didn't properly screw in the engine under panel that covers the oil pan and other sensitive parts. It ripped off and took another part with it, doing hundreds of dollars worth of damage. "On 1/10/24 I got an oil change for a 2017 Honda Fit with full synthetic 0W20 oil and paid $110. The customer service was good and the people were friendly. However, I dislike that this costs 40% more than oil changes at Prompto Oil Change in Maine. I plan to either find a more affordable oil change place or return to doing my own oil changes which would cost about $50 for full synthetic and a new oil filter. Hopefully there's a more affordable oil change place nearby because I will not be returning to this Jiffy Lube location."

"Went for an oil change. Waited 2.5 hours to be seen (holiday period, I don’t blame the business, just frustrating). When I did get seen, one of the techs didn’t know how to open my hood, so he proceeded to tug on it a bunch of times… so I explained where the latch was. Tada, it opened when he used the latch. After my oil change, my hood sensor was indicating that my hood wasn’t closing. The GM was nice and tried to help, but in the end he told me that it wasn’t their fault and that I would need to go to the manufacturer to get it fixed (I had no sensor issues before I went in). This is incredibly frustrating… now my car beeps at me while I drive 24/7 until I can be seen by someone to fix it. This sensor will inevitably cost a lot of money and now I need to find someone else to fix it. Merry Christmas!"

"The GM Anthony is a breath of fresh air when it comes to customer service, got me in and out within 45 minutes for an oil change at a reasonable price. There was another fella in the shop that helped me out with check in but I didn't catch his name unfortunately. I will be back for future service of my vehicle! :)"
