"I wish it could let me give a zero star. By far the worst dunkin in town! I’ve given this spot multiple trips weekly and have been since they opened and yet I’m always having an issue. 1) the hash browns are always cold and hard, disgusting and I don’t bother getting them anymore 2) every time I order something other than an iced coffee, it’s completely made wrong! This is sad and I don’t know why the manager ensures the quality of these drinks since this is a drink place. It’s not that hard to understand milk is what makes most of a latte. Utterly disappointed with the mindless people who don’t understand drink quality. It’s not hard to make a drink correctly even when you have multiple resources to see exactly how they’re made. I know from working at fast food places myself so I do understand the work required for fast food and it is not THIS."
"My absolute favorite donut place in Plattsburgh. We drive from Montreal to Plattsburgh just for the donuts. All the crème donuts are the best, so are their Boston cream. We love their siganture iced lattes with seasonal flavors. The service is always great at this location. The ladies are so sweet and welcome you with a nice smile."
"Nice store, very clean. Employees were very nice. Even tho i still prefer tim hortons or krispy kreme. Donuts were good and original. Coffee was good."
