"The food here is always good and our most recent visit was no exception. The fried cheese curds and crispy Brussels sprouts were generously portioned and delicious. My companion's surf-n-turf burger topped lobster meat and mornay sauce was fantastic, as were his order of mussels. Of note: this is the only place we've encountered that does not serve their mussels with a piece or two of bread (who doesn't love to sop??) and we had to ask for some. The bread was cardboardy, cold, and seemed like a couple of old pieces off the salad bar. Not befitting of a pricier dish. Speaking of which, the mussels were MICROSCOPIC! Other than that, a very enjoyable meal on their sunny patio. The drawback was the service. Our waitress was pleasant enough, but not exactly on the ball. Only AFTER we ordered did she mention there were Happy Hour specials. We would have ordered a little differently had we known there were any."

"Was concerned with previous reviews. Came for a business dinner and love every bit. Salad bar is standard but the apps were wonderful (we ordered all of them) and my rib eye steak was cooked exactly how i like it."

"Very pleasant surprise quick visit/pit stop between Montreal and Lake Placid. Excellent jumbo shrimp cocktail, and great local beers. The bartender was super sweet and ensuring every guest was more than welcomed and appreciated, her name is Laura. I'm excited to return soon!"

"1/18/23 stopped in for a late dinner around 8p. At the bar. Bartenders were friendly. I had the mussels in red sauce and they were good. Added salad/soup/bread bar for $7 (a good deal) and that turned out really well, decent bread and good soup, salad selection was fresh and tasty. I'd certainly add it on again. Great beer selection as well. Friendly locals too-"
