"The director of the Saint Albans location, "TT", is far too immature and young to be in the position she is in, let alone being in charge of anyone's children. Between letting her personal feelings dictate the livelihood of the teachers they hire, and writing false narratives so she can fire whomever she pleases, it's no wonder they can't stay fully staffed to watch the children effectively. Unfortunately she is the owners daughter though, and can do as she pleases. Some excuse will surely be given as to why her actions are justified, but I can assure you, there truly are none. She is completely and utterly unprofessional and a two faced liar, and I can assure anyone looking, that there are much better places to look for both employment and childcare. But hey, don't take my word for it, just look at the rest of the negative reviews of this place and see for yourself."
"The quality of staff and care for children has significantly declined. They can't keep teachers in their classrooms. There are many other better quality establishments in the area."
"My child was being bit on a daily basis. They were not transparent about what was being done to protect my child. I pulled my daughter out and they have been extremely rude and unprofessional. They even deleted their review via Facebook so no one would see the pictures of my daughters incident reports"
