"Not sure if I arrived on a bad day or rude is the norm. Drove out over an hour to grab a couple posts for a tight timeline on a build, was rude from the moment of arrival. Damaged a post with the forklift and refused to swap out when I politely asked. Half the reason I went out there was to have nicer beams in the living room. Ended up changing my timeline so I could mill what I needed."
