"I’ve enjoyed living here for the past 6+ months and I intend to continue living here. Building is on the older side but the staff are great. Haven’t had any maintenance issues but Katherine in the office is wonderful and so pleasant to work with. Area is relatively quiet although sometimes the parking lot behind the nearby businesses can get a bit loud. Apartment is spacious enough for my needs and I’d recommend this place for sure."

"I loved living here. The staff is competent and helpful and it was a quiet enough neighborhood. You are near Loudon Rd so there's noise from traffic and construction occassionally, but honestly, it's not bad. Katherine in the office is super nice and willing to work with you if you have any questions or problems. Dan is the man when it comes to maintenance and both he and Steve are quick to fix things. We had an issue with our shower (it was an older apartment) and it was fixed the same day. They're pet friendly and I had a garden. Overall I loved my time here and wish more apartments were like this place."
