"I purchased a brand new 2022 Honda Trail 125 from Garrands Motorsports over the phone. I don't know what witchcraft ritual Garrands Motorsports had to perform to be able to have multiple Trail 125s in stock but I'm not complaining. I'm a first time motorcycle owner so I was unfamiliar with the buying process. I dealt with Ryan Garrand (co-owner) throughout the whole process and he was absolutely patient, professional , and accommodating the entire time. They even agreed to deliver the motorcycle across the lake to Vermont the same day I purchased the bike, for a very reasonable delivery fee. Ryan transported the bike himself over the lake via Ferry on his pickup truck towards the end of the day, on time as promised. Speaking of reasonable, there was none of the crazy dealership markup fees that is unfortunately so common in today's auto/motorcycle market. The bike OTD price was competitive, compared to what I'm seeing other people paying online. If and when I need my bike serviced, I know where I'm going. Garrand's clearly cares about top notch customer service. My only "complaint" is that I wish they were located closer to me in Vermont! But hey, what can you do."

"North Country Lack of Customer Service Strikes Again! They wouldn’t answer the phone, forcing me to go out to their new location way out in the sticks, which is totally unmarked despite being “open for service”. The guy talked like he didn’t want to do the job at all, then when asked when will you get to it, answer was “eventually”. The job was super easy few hundred bucks - had the part and everything- just trying to give some biz to the locals. Ended up saying thanks for your troubles chief and just doing it myself - 30 minutes. Maybe they should just hire me?!"
