"Waited quite a bit before posting this review- gave him ample time to respond to various phone calls. I own a small business so I hesitated to post, as I understand how hard it is to run a business. Made an appointment with James and spoke on the phone and got a text confirmation. When the day came, we tried to confirm a few days before ( with multiple calls and texts) but didn’t hear anything. When we finally did hear back, the day of, he didn’t have record of our appointment, even though I had a text confirmation. Rescheduled for a few weeks later at 9:00am, we were both home and while he states he came, he claimed no one was at home. ( we have three dogs that bark like crazy when people are near the house, so virtually impossible to miss) At 9:15 we received a call saying he knocked and no one was home. We tried to call back immediately with no answer. He did come back and finally inspect our chimney a few weeks later. Pleasant and professional in person. We promptly paid and were told we would get a full write up of the inspection of our chimney. That was over 6 weeks ago- several phone calls have not been returned. Very disappointed and would definitely not recommend based on terrible, unprofessional communication."
