"I just got my nails done here and i am blown away by the amazingly friendly service, the cleanliness of the establishment and the overall quality of the nails. Everybody here is welcoming and super friendly, they got me in as quick as possible and were extremely gentle with my hands, and very precise with the work. 10/10 recommend champlain nails!"
"Not so great experience. I had called a few days ahead for an appointment with Vicki and was told I'll be with Lisa since Vicki wasn't available. Totally fine.. When I got there, I was seated with a gentleman. Anyway, I asked for my nails to be shorter than what they were, but they were cut waaay too short. This was after I mentioned I wanted nail art as well as shown pictures of what I wanted.. when it came time to do the art, it looked pretty bad and after two nails I suggested we simply skip it. The gel was put on very thickly on a few nails and thin on others. Corners on my thumbs had chipped away the next day and a majority of the rest started to peel in the next couple of days (despite gloved hands during household chores). Very disappointing and a waste of $30+ tip+ paid parking."

They go above and beyond to make sure your experience and your nails are perfect for you. It is also the cleanest nail salons I’ve been to. I switched over to Champlain mail from another salon and will not be leaving Champlain nails. Vicki and her staff has a customer for life from me."
