"Staff is nice but getting someone on the phone or trying to a prescription filled/refilled is a complete nightmare. I am now having to drive there in person just to be able to talk to someone instead of leaving voicemails that get no response."
"Every aspect of this office was a terrible experience. It was NOTHING but incompetence from the start. Records were lost. Referrals had to be requested 2-3 times and medication refills would literally take weeks to be refilled. The worst was the Dr. Kallmerten I was suddenly randomly assigned to. It was a nightmare!"
"Ron Witkin has been my primary care physician for over 40 yrs. I find him to be an excellent diagnostician, very caring and one who relates to his patients very well. He shares his own similar experiences when applicable and that is very comforting. He always takes the time with me to explain any issues I may have and sometimes 'cracks open the medical books' to better illustrate things. He always has kept excellent notes on patients (even before CERNA!) and runs a very efficient office with a great staff. I've never waited more than 5 minutes in his office. He's given me a vague promise not to retire until I die.(just kidding) He loves what he does and he is great at it."
