"Friendly staff in all the departments I've been in, regardless of the reason of my visit. Always clean and ample parking, though there are of course busier days than others. I personally prefer to get labs done at Heater Road vs the main hospital, as the lab techs seem friendlier and in less of a rush to get your blood drawn, meaning I leave with less/ next to no bruising."
"This is a nice, functional, clean building with various clinics inside. Everything goes smoothly in general as far As I can tell. There were no issues at my appointments as far as having to wait or crowds or other inconveniences. Some of my colleagues work here as well and have said good things about it."
"This is a great location for a Pediatrician visit as it is out of the big hospital setting and a little more laid back. Parking is also a lot easier and it is a lot easier to get to."
"See Dr. Virginia Alvord she takes the time to get to know your issues. Amazing care from her. Wait times can be long though probably because she does spend the necessary time with her patients. The staff handling prescriptions there lost mine, didn't do the automatic renewal as planned and I had to call 4 times to straighten it out. It was a bad experience on that end."
