"Dental hygienist was very rude to my daughter. And during her cleaning got the gritty paste in her eye and scratched it leading to her needing to see the optometrist. When brought to the doctors attention it was just a nonchalant "This happens all the time". Pulled myself and my son from the practice. Used to be a great place that cared."

"Is it weird to want to be best friends with your dentist? This place is incredible. From the second I called as a new patient, having just moved here from across the state, I was met with the most genuinely kind admin, Erin, who helped me get setup with an appointment immediately. My hygienist, Lacey, was so bubbly and upbeat during the entire cleaning, talking about kids (I'm 8 months pregnant) and telling stories - she had me cracking up and feeling incredibly comfortable. Dr. Gorman...you, my friend, check every box. Personable, professional, knowledgeable...I've never enjoyed an appointment or office more. And it's always nice to meet another Buffalonian (even though I was a transplant)! I'd be friends with all of you. Already trying to figure out a way to crash your next office party ;-D"

"I can't say enough about my experience at this office! Dr. Smitkin gave me back my smile and I thoroughly enjoyed getting to know her and her staff. There is a very down to earth, comfortable vibe at the place that puts you immediately at ease and there isn't an unfriendly face in the whole bunch. I appreciate the level of attention and detail that went into making me look like i had never knocked my teeth out. My new dentures look age appropriate and natural. I'd hid my mouth for so long ... now I smile every chance I can. I would recommend this office to anyone and eveyone; they were phenomenal!"

"I saw Dr. Marcus for several cavities. He is so kind, funny and made me feel so comfortable. I really don’t enjoy going to the dentist, but he took that anxiety away. I was a bit hesitant at first, because the secretaries at the front desk really made me feel so uncomfortable (based on the website, I believe their names are Erin and Alexis). I overheard them talking poorly about other patients and it made the level of professionalism of the entire place feel pretty off. It was similar to a high school bullying type of environment. Once I was taken back and under the care of Dr. Marcus and his assistant, Jennifer, my entire perspective of the practice changed. I really enjoyed their level of professionalism and how comfortable they both made me feel. I will be returning, but I don’t look forward to speaking with the receptionists again."

She is gentle, very laid back, understanding and very good at what she does. All the staff there are very nice and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable.
