"These guys are wonderful. Excellent staff, good follow up care, remember your history and needs. They have been my provider of choice going on 10 years now and have truly been the best dentist office I've visited. Highly recommend them."

"Have been there twice now. I have a fear of dentists and was very uncomfortable my whole first visit. I was on the verge of tears and my dad (who had drove me there and stayed for support) jokingly asked the dentist where my sticker was (I was 17 at this appointment. it was my first appointment at a non-pediatric dentist) to which the dentist (Julie something I believe, im not good with names) made fun of me and said it was immature to have any care for stickers at my age. My second appointment (now 18) the staff was generally very short with me while I was asking questions about what to fill in for updating paperwork. My mother had driven me there and waited with me and she agreed the staff was rude and impersonal throughout the visit. I understand they deal with this every day and they're trying to see as many patients as possible in a day, but the dentists/hygienists have no care about your comfort while in the chair. During both visits there were times I tensed up, flinched, teared up, or showed other visible signs of distress and they did nothing to check that I was alright or explain what they were doing."

"A filling they put in fell out and they couldn't get me in for 4 months, then I call to confirm my appointment and told I hadn't confirmed my appointment so it was canceled. Checked my voice mails and no text messages which that is how I have always got my reminders, so they didn't do there job and I get booted. Looking for another place. We have had issues with them taking my daughter in also. Complete unbuisness like and very disappointed in there services. Oh yah the filling is a job they had repaired and second time the tooth filling broke off. Do not use this place total shotty work from the start. A bad business practices."

"My daughter had a fall and broke her two front teeth.prior to this,she had never had gum issues.the dental assistant and Dr. Rivard put crowns on those two front teeth and within 2 months her gums were ragingly enflamed and growing between her teeth. Now they hurt her all thr time and she cant eat normally. All they had to say about it was "she needs to take better care of her gums and teeth"..like what?? There was never an issue with her gums before they did the crowns. I would not reccomend this dental office for anything other than cleanings and basic upkeep if you need real work done,go elsewhere,so you dont end up in this kind of situation."

"The dentists are ok... but all of the other staff, especially office staff, are rude and incompetent. They are rude on the phone and even more rude in person. They roll their eyes and glare at you for asking a question. They're demeaning with their intrusive questions about why I'm not working or have insurance. They also make people wait for months and months for services... sometimes literally booking out a year. If you have no where else to go, I guess you have no other choice. But if you have any other choice don't come here. My experience here was so bad that I didnt return, which led to me losing all my teeth. So because they were so rude and demeaning I didn't want to be subjected to that again and now suffer dentures for the rest of my life."
