"The reviews on Yelp are way more accurate. This place is literally the worst. Very predatory, manipulative,lots of lying, and excuse-making. They can't even get any to work there or stay working there because it's a passive aggressive hostile environment.i have plenty of nice, pleasant, friendly interactions with some staff but that was the only positive, some of them SEEM really nice but still a lot of unprofessional behavior still happens in spite of sounding very nice."

"Very empathetic and knowledgeable staff. I went in for an X-ray and they were also able to fit me in for a cleaning the same day due to another patient cancellation. I was very pleased and all of my insurance coverage and bill were explained very clearly. My favorite thing about Aspen dental is that they don't shame me for not keeping my teeth in perfect shape like my old family dentist, instead they educate."

"I just needed my upper left molar drilled down because of a sharp edge that developed which was cutting my inner cheek. This was done. However, the whole song and dance with the extensive whole mouth X-rays as well as the computer enhanced scan of my whole mouth was time consuming and unnecessary for this visit. I just needed a 5 minute procedure to take care of the sharp edge on the molar. The other stuff was unnecessary!!!!"

"Despite appointment confusion (turns out I didn't have one) Aspen was able to fit me in for the new dentures I needed (my old ones got dropped once too often and split in half). What a delightful group of people work here. Not only did they begin the complicated routine of fitting me for new dentures, they repaired my old ones and squeezed in few extra procedures to cut down the no. of appointments I would have needed which cut down the no. of 60=mile round trips I would need to make for each appointment. The "crew" was so cheerful and welcoming that I look forward to visiting my new friends next week."
