"Buchikas in Nashua has become my first stop “mom and pop” bike shop in the last two years. Super friendly and helpful staff, very competitive prices (and tax free NH adds to that) and great selection. Never had a negative experience there, and always leave feeling happy with my purchases and that I have been treated well. (Unlike a couple unnamed shops where I have walked out feeling overcharged and almost insulted for asking too many questions). So all in all, give ‘em a visit before you click onto Amazon, keep brick and mortar independent shops alive, you can get comparable deals from cool peops in the process. Keep it local!"

"My year old como e-bike was making awful noise . My riding companion quickly contacted manager Todd . Todd replied soon after. Todd suggested I bring my bike into Nashua location next day and speck with mechanic Steven. Besides noise issue I needed my brakes pads replaced. Steven was terrific. I was leaving state early next day and not returning for some time. So would need to wait for bike . Steve took bike for ride at my request. Pulled apart The rear tire. Identify the problem noise area. Also saw my rear rotor heated up. Two hours later, he not only replaced rotors but adjusted the roller by belt, changed both brake pads, replaced rotors, and even cleaned up bike. Very thorough, and I came in unexpected. I am very Grateful to Todd the Manager and Steven who is outstanding! I highly recommend Buchika's. They take care of their customers."

"Had a great experience here. I ended up working with 2 different people and they were both nice and super helpful. I ended up buying a children's bike. This is a full service shop that built and tuned the bike. No pushy sales, very casual and laid back. When you buy a bike here you have 45 days to bring the bike back for another tune up which is a great service. I know I've seen some negative reviews here but honestly the service and people were great! We'll definitely be back for our next bike purchase!"
