"Aleka’s is a solid consistently amazing dining experience. The food is delicious, the staff have always been so friendly. The only thing that would make this place better is if they served tiropita!"

"I hope this is taken as constructive criticism and not just a negative review. It's hard to rate and if there was better value I would rate the food higher. The sampler platter at 22 dollars is like robbery. 1 pita, 2 little falafel a little spat of tabouli and some delish pickled vegetables. For 22 bucks though it's overpriced. Another pita or a couple more falafel and I wouldn't even be writing this. No option to add feta to my gyro but I can add a side of feta which was way more than I needed. I could have used a third of that but another pita with the sampler. The gyro was nothing special but if it had feta in it and that pickled veg it would have been great. Had the chicken sandwich which was good along with the rice. All and all the food is just fine but not a good value. A few tweaks on the food and it could be great food and a little lower prices it would be a solid choice. In contrast we ate at a Greek place in Montreal not long ago with amazing food for the quantity and it was 30 dollars less than we paid tonight for simular items. Give it a try because it's a good change up in this area but keep in mind it's not a great value for price for taste."

"It's been over a year since I've been to this restaurant and a lot has changed. They revamped their dining area which has made it more cozy and comfortable and the staff have gotten far friendlier. While the menu seems to have gotten smaller the food is still amazing. I had a lamb gyro with a side portion of dolmas. The gyro was flavorful and a great portion size, while the dolmas were packed full of flavor as well!"

"The food was far from being authentic Greek, food came ice cold, gyro taste was like meatloaf GROSS. If it wasn't for a great server this review would be ZERO... Young lady was professional and felt so bad she discounted the bill. Aleka's please step up your game....PS I'm Greek so I know what I'm talking about."

"This was my first time eating here. My daughter and I had an amazing dinner the menu is quite small but expertly made. We'd love to have to try to plan what we're going to order but upon arriving some of the items on the menu versus what was seen online had changed. What we did order, was the fries and feta, fettuccine alfredo with grilled chicken and shrimp scampi. The portion sizes were very good. We actually had to bring the majority of our main course home with us! Love the outside seating the hostess was very pleasant. There also happened to be some live music across the street as well so we had a little music while we enjoyed our meal outdoors this evening!"
