"Rude girl refused to serve me claiming they were closed due to short staff. Yet there was one other staff member and pizza slices out on the counter. Whose ever heard of a pizza place refusing to serve customers while they are open with slices out I filed a report with security and following up with this bad review"

"Update: I lowered my rating from 2 to 1 star after what I saw today. I witnessed their staff allow a customer to return the top half of a slice of pizza to reheat it in their conveyor belt warmer. This customer brought the half slice from her table in the food court and handed it back to them over the counter. Kyle took the half slice of pizza and put it in the conveyor belt warmer (the same one they use to reheat every customer's new slice of pizza). Another staff member (bleached blond haired female) removed it once it was reheated using the same spatula used for all other customer's and returned it to the customer's plate and handed it back to her. This was a half eaten slice of pizza off a customer's plate, put back through their warmer and touching all their equipment used to serve new customer's. Major food handling violation! Extremely unsafe and hazardous. Clearly uneducated staff. Original review: While I typically like the food here sometimes the food is old and not replaced when it should be. However the main reason for the low rating is the repeated bad service and rude staff including managers like Kristin. Too busy playing on their phones to help customers and then yelling to you from across the restaurant and then telling you you cant have something that you've always gotten. The glares you get from them and the way they laugh when you place a complaint tells you that the place is poorly managed. The few good staff they have are overworked, haven't been promoted and haven't gotten raises in years by their own admission. Miserable staff make for a miserable customer experience. Get new management. Poor service. Poor education. Dangerous and hazardous. Avoid eating there until they take their business seriously."

"I would advise not ordering from this overpriced/mall quality pizza establishment. First time I door dashed this place they sent me one slice of pizza instead of two. When I called they the simply said "we misread the screen and would have to contact door dash for any further complaints." I figured I would give it one more chance today and placed an order for two slices of pizza. The establishment opens at 11am so I placed my order for my lunch break at work which was around 11:50am. When I got my order it was obviously pizza that was made when they opened at 11am. The pizza was dry and cold, the box was thoroughly soaked with grease and flat as a pancake. This is the last time I will waste $20 on less than average pizza. Will order from somewhere more reputable or buy frozen pizza."

"The pizza was good at best. Definitely nothing to write home about, and pricey for what it was. The spaghetti was a hard miss. There was so much water on the noodles that non of the sauce was able to stick to the pasta. There was a big soupy mess in the bottom of my container."

"Very friendly staff. My son is 3 1/2 and they were super sweet to him. One of the women working there even gave him a cookie! The pizza was good too. Keep up the good work."
