Matt was so unbelievably rude and unprofessional he told me when I was answering his questions that he just wanted short and sweet answers so he could get this over with as fast as possible. He told me he’s had a long stressful two weeks and is short on time. ( what’s that got to do with my scheduled appointment that we are supposed to have for 30 mins and was planned two days in advance?) THEY ADVERTISE FREE 30 MIN CONSULTATIONS…… HE ACTUALLY HUNG UP ON ME 13 MINS INTO THE CONVERSATION!! No good bye, thank you OR ANYTHING! When I called back saying he hung up I think it was a mistake… Holly put me on hold; then was just as rude as Matt was! THEY OFFER SERVICES TO US BUT ACT AS THOUGH YOU OWE THEM!"
