"This auto shop is the best I've ever been to. John greeted me and told to make myself comfortable. My vehicle was immediately pulled in for assessment. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. Once I had a diagnosis John got right on the phone with the insurance company to process the claim. Of course the insurance company wanted to make it a complete hassle but John was persistent in ensuring that the customer (me) get the right outcome. And he succeeded. I will continue to use City Auto repair as my #1 go to. Tony took great care of my Jeep and got it all fixed up safe and sound for the wintery roads. What a great crew who treat people with respect and hospitality."
