"I rented a Uhaul trailer and tried to return it after hours. They had their lot gated off and no place to turn around. No one said they didn’t have after hours returns. This was very disappointing and frustrating. I can’t comment on their hardware store abilities but this doesn’t speak well!"
"Shopping here is so convenient and easy. Everyone is very helpful and they have a great selection of items available. This was a trip to pick up mulch for my gardens. I ordered online and picked up less than an hour later. They loaded 12 bags into my car. The mulch is excellent, 3 cf bags, and it's very uniform and stays put. I will be ordering more soon."
"Store personnel have not provided any updates for chainsaw repair after 6 plus weeks of dropping off. I have called weekly and none of the staff know when required parts will be available. One staff member provided erroneous information on when I the repair would be completed. Very frustrating."
