From minor questions to a recent bigger issue they were there every step of the way. In a recent cold snap, when their emergency service was out straight, Ben encouraged me to come in get the part and proceeded to give me step by step instructions, even with a video call until issue was resolved. "If you need a hot tub this is the place to buy it. Service means everything when owning a hot tub in an Maine and when it breaks in the winter these folks are there to take car of you. I had an issue with my tub and put a call in late one day and the following morning they were at my house and all fixed. great service"
