"Would score lower if possible. Performance plumbing installed our 2 mini splits 5 yrs ago. One leaked refrigerant from day one and has had to be filled every year and lasts for about4-5 months. The other leaks fluid with dry or cool setting on. Both have been cleaned every year. Made appointment, they no showed with no call to cancel. Second appointment with them they no showed again without a call. Disappointing that they can't even back up their own work. BEWARE!!!!"
"Made an appointment for 2 weeks out. They didn't show up. Called 3 times the day of appointment and the 3rd time the owner told the woman in the office that he was not taking on any new customers and couldn't do anything for me. The appointment was for my well pump. No water. Very poor customer relations."
