"I loved this B&B! I had room 107 which had a queen bed, a little kitchen with a stove top, toaster oven, microwave and little fridge. It had a spacious living room with a pullout couch and a gas fireplace. My favorite thing was the wrap around porch overlooking the bay. The staff couldn't have been nicer and i loved the location, it was only about 20 minutes from Downtown Portsmouth and about 10 minutes from the beach."

"I have been a York Harbor Marine customer for 12+ years and would recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for a reputable marina with exceptional service. My family has been a service customer the entire time, so I can’t comment on new or used boat sales. But I have had repairs that were major to minor and customization projects mixed in between, and there has never been an unexpected surprise. Kathy makes the most obscure parts materialize like a magician. Their communication updates come at regular intervals so I don’t feel left in the dark, and even have some humor that only Brandon and his team can provide. I have had a mix of older and newer outboards, and their technicians are equally adept at both which is saying something. The new Verado’s are certainly very reliable, but when things do go wrong you need to know what you are doing, and they do. Those certifications are not easy! For a marina their size (meaning small/family oriented) they are exceptionally well connected to Boston Whaler corporate, which is surprising. Normally you would think that type of relationship would only exist a huge/high volume dealer that lacks what this place delivers. John will talk boats with anyone, for literally any amount of time, and it becomes obvious very quickly this is his calling in life. They have made great cosmetic upgrades over the last few years and the new deck should be fun this summer. They just get it. The boating season is so short in New England to begin with and their entire staff work to make it as enjoyable as possible."
