"The last time I had service from Acre Tire was January of 2023. At that time my caravan was leaking brake fluid and I didn't have the time or the expertise to diagnose this properly myself. I was dealing with a family emergency at the time, so I took it to them. They got the caravan in diagnosed it, called me with what they found and the price for the repair. I got my caravan back the next morning. Everyone was polite and did a great job! I recommend them to people that are looking for a good mechanic in Waterville."
"I had to give this place a five-star rating as their customer service was outstanding. It was a cold rainy day and I was just visiting for a couple weeks from Texas on that cold front blew in all four of my tires dropped drastically in air pressure. I stopped in and they aired all four of them up and did not charge me anything now I know some might say it's just air and didn't really cost them anything. But they sent someone out in the colds and drizzle just to help someone out someone that was only their visiting and not a customer. For that this place definitely deserves a five-star rating fast friendly and great service I would highly recommend them to anybody buying new tires or having any kind of auto services done."
