"I was referred to AOA back in 2018. I was struggling mentally with various mental health issues. They had me fill out some paperwork and then set me up with a LCSW that would best suit my needs. I got set up with Meghan and begun therapy later that month. I have been seeing Meghan now for close to 5 years (she now has a private practice) and have grown and learned so much more about myself.
