"In my short time as a patient at twin counties sleep center I had a horrid experience. The staff have a very poor bedside manner and seem to be quite incompetent in their so called medical skills. There is a chunky, hideous looking blond woman that is both uneducated and very rude. She definitely needs more training on how to talk to people. Not to mention it took her three times to read my blood pressure and each reading was different. Another time I told her I needed a note faxed to my job to cover a 3 day absence and this blonde ditz faxed my entire medical history over to HR. Hello!! Can we say hippa violation?! I don't have much faith in the doctor either as she didn't even come close to helping me with my condition. She was very short and rude when answering my questions. She always seemed to be in a hurry and couldn't get me out of the exam room fast enough. Last but not least the receptionist at the front window is about as clueless as they come. She was fumbling around at the computer trying to make a follow-up appointment for me and still couldn't get the time and dates I requested right. Total lack of organization! Judging from my personal experience this establishment is extremely unorganized, rude and very unprofessional. My advice is do your research and find a team that can give you professional and courteous treatment because you're not going to find that here.""
