"Let me start with the NP I was seeing, she is excellent, too bad she works for this provider. During a six month wait for an annual checkup, I had a couple of issues arise. On these two different occasions they told me to go to emergency room, or walk in for a non emergency medical attention. These people would not even try to get me in, in a day or two. They would not even try to get me in to see another doctor for these two issues. BUT, when I arrived for my annual six month checkup with my chosen provider, they had changed that provider on me without even consulting me. They changed me to another doctor that wasn't even covered by my insurance. This place is designed to take care of the low life degenerate in these city areas that they operate in. So therefore you're treated like a degenerate piece of trash."

"Dr. Lauren Forbus is great but it’s seems that the office has gone downhill in the past few years. Whenever I had a question I would call the office directly and the nurse would call me back that day but now It’s impossible to get a hold of anyone unless you have an appointment. Every time I call I get an automated message saying “no one is available to take your call” and it disconnects. I call and leave a message with the main call center and no one ever returns my call. I’ve even left messages through the patient portal that have gone unanswered. My son is about to be kicked out of school due to missing doctors notes and they don’t seem to care. I’ve sent numerous emails and called a dozen times. As much as I love my doctor I’m probably going to have to switch providers. This is inexcusable and extremely aggravating!"

"Dr Lauren Forbis is fabulous. While my first visit took quite a while, the whole experience was excellent. The waiting room is a bit rough but the level of service can’t be beat."

"Very nice people answering the phones, but it ends with that. My girlfriend ran out of her meds at the end of Saturday. The Friday before a message was left with no response. Monday morning I called more then 8 times and left as many messages with many different operators on the phone. I was given the excuse of Mondays are busy. If you can’t take care of the patients you have then don’t take on new ones. Nobody should have to go without necessary meds for any period of time. With all the messages I left I was told the only way to get in touch with the doctor is by email. This makes zero sense.I don’t know what else to say but “Do your job “ !!!"

"Office is much to small and there is no privacy. Receptionist is right in the waiting room so other patients can here your name, insurance provider, etc. You can hear patients in other rooms, talking about their issues, etc. The building is dirty and I saw bug/roach traps behind the toilet in the bathroom."
