"Worst practice ever! Would not recommend!"

"Edit: it’s now been over a week. No prescription or directions for bloodwork and none of my prescriptions have been filled. This place is lower than subpar. Strange practice; very strange. There is a warning about missed appointment fees when they send you paperwork in huge letters, there are more warnings on the office window. However if they can’t get your insurance info and you offer to pay cash they won’t accept it. Then the meds…this is weird. I sent in a list of medications I take; one is a low level controlled substance for my endometriosis cramps that I’ve been taking as needed for years now; the nurse practitioner tells me they don’t prescribe ANY controlled substances from pain medication to anxiety medication…NONE for anyone. Wish I was told this before waiting in the waiting room for an hour. The waiting room by the way is standing room only after all 5 chairs are filled, very small and this time of year everyone was sniffling and. coughing. Anyhow, It’s now been 3 days and she’s yet to even refill my mouthwash. Not sure what the issue is here or if they are in some type of trouble that keeps them from prescribing certain things, I can only say avoid this place. I didn’t even get a decent physical the np ignored most of my questions and kept cutting me off. I didn’t go in to see what my vitamin d levels were; which is what she kept harping on about…that and quitting smoking; even though I’ve never smoked in my life and told the nurse and her this. There must be some sort of incentive for this as there are anti smoking posters and pamphlets everywhere. She also told me to go to a psychiatrist for my endometriosis. So bizarre."

"Appointment ran an hour and a half late, doctor left to chat on the phone and then excused themselves for what I assumed was going to be a couple of minutes but they never came back. They left and didn’t finish my appointment. It’s the start of a new year if a practice can’t handle the influx of patients that come with that, they need to stop accepting new ones."
