"(NOTE : If you sort the reviews by “newest” instead of the default, you’ll see nobody is having a very good experience with these people lately) The one star reflects my experience with the female dispatcher who took my call on Sunday October 15th 2023. I could write pages describing said experience but the short story (TL;DR) is this : They’re the only cab in Waterville who’s opened on Sundays and/or other times JP isn’t operating (she said this) and they know it. She didn’t simple ask whether or not my child requires a car seat as she tried to walk our conversation back to, but grilled me to the point I almost didn’t want to go anymore and then seemed confused by the idea we’d all need a ride back to where we live after we’d finished at the restaurant they were taking us to. (Seems like a logical conclusion to come to without being told that we’re going to need a return trip if we highlight the whole “only cab in Waterville now” part… Anyways. She’s rude. She’s arrogant. She’s dense and I would rather walk than deal with all that. I cancelled and will never call them again. Figures. A trash cab company like PT closes and another with all the same “charms” pops right up to take their place. Yay for us all with a suspended license or otherwise, yet another industry that seemingly flies under the radar that is decent customer service in 2023."
"his cabs are clean ,but he brags about smoking Pot all the time and has his pipes and case in his console ,so i would say he is more a drug dealer then a cab driver or owner , he stinks like a pair of old dirty socks someone wore on a long fishing & camping trip with no soap or river he need a monitor on his taxi so he can blow in it before entering the Taxi"s."
"Very clean new vehicle. Arrived at scheduled time. Courteous and friendly. Owner is only driver and service stops at 4 pm so availability is limited. However this is the first Waterville area taxi I will call in future."
