"Every time I went there I have to wait 15to 20 minuets in the waiting area, but only one day I came late 15 minutes they kept more then 20 minuets in the waiting area finally I had to leave without checking because the therphest wrote a not on the sign in sheet late."

"Awesome place!! I went here when I fractured my knee playing soccer. The front desk staff was always very friendly. The trainers knew what they were doing and gave me great work outs to do while I was there AND while I was at home. My knee felt stronger after each session. Thanks APT&SR!"

"This is the worst business place you will ever encounter (Healthcare or not). I only lasted two (2) visits. The reception employees are great and processional but the PTA's are horrible. Edward McElmon was the attending PTA, and he is a very unpleasant being. He shouldn't be in the healthcare business at all. I discontinued my care with them and will contact my insurance to dispute their charge for lack of professionalism. Also the athletic trainer Jonathan Crocker has no idea about what he is doing..... Very Unpleasant Experience."
