"I've been seeing Dr. Matthew for a bit now and he is great. My problem is that there is no patient portal to contact him for general questions or to request medications. It is super frustrating that I have to leave a voicemail on the main line and hope someone picks it up. Invest in a portal to help improve patient experience."
"Wish they were more clear on intake that they only prefer to offer continuous care. People sometimes see several doctors for medication management. I guess I saved myself some time by calling, but if you are a back and forth college student like I am who needs a psychiatrist in your college state, find a different place."
"I’ve been seeing Dr. Matthew for a few years at this point. I’ve always felt like he cared about what I had to say and listened to my concerns. He changed practices, and I enjoyed my appointments with him much more. Rafaela is also such a pleasure. Everything now from making appointments, getting ahold of him, refilling medications, payments is just much more of a pleasant experience because of her. Thank you so much to both of you and the practice!"
"I went to see for anxiety and my professional medical advice was to sell my house and move. Its easy! And other states are cheaper than Massachusetts. Just sell my house and move. EDIT: They follow up they wanna call to talk but they do that in February. My initial appointment was in December. I left a voicemail in December and again at the start of January asking to speak with someone on this matter and the receptionist told me that it is not their company policy to change doctors once a patient has been assigned to one. They are only following up in February because they found a negative review online."
"After putting in my intake I was refused without anyone bothering to call and let me know, as I was told they would. I only found out because I called in to ask. And the person on the phone couldn't tell me why, as apparently they aren't given a reason for these things by the management. They seem very understaffed and unprofessional."
