"This Place is way over priced! I paid $23 a piece for 2 plates with oxtails and rice only to get 3 small bones with little to no flavor at all. It taste as if it was a burned black beans sauce. The curry chicken was a small for $13 it too was a very small portion. The chicken was a bit pink and very bland not much curry flavor or any other flavors. For this to be Jamaican I was expecting something very flavorful but yet I was very disappointed! Not worth the money! I probably will not dine here again."
"Little cute spot, but ordered a medium oxtail with rice and peas and cabbage. My biggest issue was how the oxtail was not cooked enough and still a little hard. wish they cooked it a little longer. Rice was regular. Cabbage was okay could’ve used a little love but both rice and cabbage was edible."
"This is a small little gem on Quail Street in Albany NY!! I've been looking for a Jamaican restaurant & I've finally found it!! I got the Oxtail which were absolutely delicious, it came with 2 sides, I chose the rice with pigeon peas & plantains, both excellent!! The ladies at counter were fantastic, service was excellent!! I'll definitely be going back to try other menu options!!"
"Found this really nice, cozy, and warm Jamaican restaurant in Albany and tried their food, patties, and soup. The oxtail was really good. The patties had good portion of meat and not heavy crust. Their fish soup was really good and favorable. Was really happy and pleased with what I had and highly recommended going there to enjoy the variety of food, patties, soup, and other delicacies. I will be back."
