"Very good service to offer. It is good to know that the couches and chairs we can't use anymore will find a good home with people that need them."

"Sad to see a single one star review for a nonprofit that does such good work in our community. I have heard they can be a bit picky regarding furniture that is in rough shape, but I think that is with a very good reason. What message does it send to new Mainers, or people struggling to afford furnishings if we offer them a couch that smells like cat pee, or a table that is all scraped and beat up? The idea here is to donate extra furniture that someone will be proud to have in their home. Furthermore, by reducing the amount of furniture that goes to the dump, they are doing a great deed for the environment."

"I was told that theyd help me. Maybe because one person was out. Their phone and I was told they were fusdy. I was brought furniture. I may be limited income. I was given oemr was going to give me a scratched up wooden disgusting chair and a other idd chair. I also turned down 2 odd chairs. One was stained one worn was going to give me a card table. I didnt take anything, except due to health issues a bed even seen a hole on mattress."
