"ordered product and it never arrived, i called 5x and emailed 3x and never received any help or even a response. AWFUL service, they stole my money and refuse to provide any help. I am happy to adjust the review if they ever bothered to reach out... After the fact they did reach out and attempt to rectify the issue. It was too little too late however and several things went wrong due to the lack of communication. I appreciate them trying but it would have been a simple fix had there been an iota of an attempt prior to this review catching their attention (changed from 1 star to 2)"
