"Website hasn't been letting me change my password so I can't access squat, calling them always feels like I have to jump through flaming hoops (which has been terrible for my calling anxiety), it feels like NOBODY actually accepts Fidelis and I don't blame them considering how they seem to be constantly fighting with doctors on what they want to cover. People with little to no income deserve way better than this."

"I need to talk to someone there but every phone number on the card and online leads me back to Medicaid. They can't help me with what I need. Also every dentist that they say takes the insurance doesn't; the few that due have no openings. I've pulled 2 of my own teeth because I couldn't take it anymore!! This is bull I think they just want us to die so why treat us. I'd get better care going to a vet. I'm not about to give info to a random email for someone to call me and scam me. If this is actually fidelis then you have all my contact info all you have to do is look my name up in your system."
"They are helpful on the phone but I work with indígenas people who cannot read very well or give information verbally over the phone. We are on an hour just trying to change doctor as they would not allow me to help. Other insurances like CDPHP allow for members to give verbal permission so I can give them their address and names if doctors. Not everyone can read. And their Authorization apparently doesn't give permission for people like me to change PCP for the people."
