"I would love to start a class action law suit against this company. I know I'm not the only tenant they have abused. They somehow have the court system in their pocket. I have quite a story that with proper legal assistance can be proven beyond a shadow of a doubt. I would love for these people to be held accountable."

"Where are the (-0) numbers. This company doesn't deserve the 1 star rating. Took 8 weeks after I moved in to fix the plumbing. Mowed the lawn twice. ( I have pictures of the yard with hay growing out of it.) Multiple times getting snow removal services more then 24 hours after a snowstorm. Having myself to shovel the path, mailbox and the front door. Continued excuses and attitude from office staff. If you complain your an issue, if you say nothing your a great renter. Constantly complaining and using the excuse "they don't have enough maintenance to take care of things". It's always. "Well we do have over 600 units that needs services." Sounds like u can't manage your business. We are over three years into covid let's stop making excuses for lack or services. To top it all off. I called an asked for an exit inspection to be scheduled. Told she would have to call me back. I received a text a few minutes later. Text: Ray, I tried to call you back but was sent to a full voicemail box. Unfortunately, we cannot schedule an inspection. Maintenance will complete those once you've moved out when they are in the area but we do not schedule inspections. Guerrette Properties Robin the manager of the company told her worker that they don't schedule them even knowing its my right as a renter to be there for the final inspection. Please please do not rent from this company. Save your money and stress"

"Very disappointed with their service. Admittedly, I went against their policy and applied for one of their apartments before inquiring for a viewing but I feel it should be the other way around. I applied because I was interested and I feel it gives more confirmation on who your potential tenant is. If they feel strongly otherwise, perhaps don't have an apply option and make your backwards policy more apparent. I got a very impolite response back chiding me for not inquiring first and they asked for a viewing time. I replied in a timely manner but then they told me they rented out the apartment. Gave me no chance. Why ask me for a time when you were just gonna drop me anyway? I was furious. $25 down the drain. I WANT IT BACK! Seeing the other 1 star reviews it seems others have had a similar experience. Glad I'm not alone. I'm never gonna try reaching out to this company again. They make finding an apartment harder than it needs to be. Side note: Take off your outdated apartment listings on other websites. It's misleading."

"Very responsive company. Any time I have had a question or issues it was addressed right away. I enjoyed renting from them last year and would do it again. I HIGHLY recommend."
