"I made an appointment for my daughter to get one of her ear lobes repierced as well as a helix piercing. After verifying her age, as well as my relationship to her, she was able to choose her jewelry. Scott was patient and explained the process thoroughly, as well as the aftercare. He took the time to measure the distance from the location of the helix piercing to the edge of the ear to ensure that a hoop will fit once the piercing heals. When finishing her piercing I mentioned that I would get mine redone if I had time, and because we were there early enough, he was able to fit me in. We are completely satisfied with our piercings, and I can't wait for Scott to begin my tattoo next month (a custom back piece)!"
