"I treated myself to an expensive color and trim..l am a teacher who works 3 jobs ...the color was fine but the stylist cut layers into my hair,gave me unmanageable short bangs which l did not authorize..l agreed to more of a trim for the health of my hair. My hair behaves the best all one length...l now have to spend a lot of time in the morning styling my hair trying to manage the sticky out portion of too short hair in the front and the new layers...l didn't realize how much was layered and the amount taken off in front until l got home...l am a passive person but this situation has made me realize that just because a salon charges an arm and a leg does not mean you are going to get a decent haircut...the worst part is l thanked him and tipped him ..l will never go back."
