"Visited again in early November and still impressed. The store has a new, clean look and it's still an efficiently run, well-stocked store with friendly employees. The mobile pick up spot at the end of the counter is a nice touch. Although I don't stay and eat here, there are tables inside. The parking lot can get congested but overall an easy place to park/there are usually spots on the street out front. Just be aware that there is no drive-thru. My go-to dunks when back in town. They always keep the butternut donuts stocked, the line moving, and the coffee fresh."

"They recently had a management change and the difference is clearly visible in terms of turnaround time and consistency. The old shift manager was a good guy but this new one runs the ship like a well oiled machine. It's seriously impressive to watch how efficient the place is now, with a newfound attention to detail and speed. It's the type of pride in your work you'd expect to see in a more pricey restaurant."

"The employees here are great!! Sure they've messed up my order a handful of times out of hundreds of orders, but when I point it out nicely they always apologize and fix the problem right away. It's usually very clean inside and the seating with the TV is nice."

"Ordered a midnight hot coffee, got into my car and drove home. Took sip off coffee and was not midnight dark roast. I watched these people shake the empty container and give me regular coffee. I drink this type of coffee 2 to 3 times a day so I know what it tastes like. Very upset and disappointed that they deliberately tried to get over on me thinking I wouldn't know the difference. I will not be back."
