"At first then waitress started off getting, but I had spilled some water and asked for some napkins and she never bought them back to the table so that was the first time I had to get up and leave my autistic son at the table by himself so as I walked up to the front i saw the waitress eating food and I came to the conclusion that the gentleman who was sitting at the counter was her boyfriend or friend so I proceeded to ask the cashier for napkins as she stood there wiping her face and tried to say something that was just one occasion keep in mind there was 3 but other then that my son enjoyed the food and I did too great price on food make sure you get the app it has coupons"

"Customer service is real nice. I go there every Sunday The food is fantastic. Parking lot is nice and clean and easy to park. Bathrooms are always clean. Just in all around fantastic place to be. I'm a Celiac And even though they don't have gluten, free bread or pancakes. They're still options for people with a Gluten allergy can eat."

"I was doordashing earlier this week or maybe even last weekend, anyways, it was really late and I had 2 orders to pick up from there. When I arrived, I saw someone standing outside. When I approached, the gentleman told me that they were apparently closed and not making any food or taking any orders. So we both stood there chatting and I saw a to-go bag sitting on the counter. I was trying to wave the only employee down and she did noticed me and made a hand gesture and mouthed “we’re closed”. All both of us wanted to know is if that bag was one of ours, as he was picking up an order as well. She refuses to come to the door but finally I ended up getting her to come over. As soon as she got to the front door, before I could even say anything she just said “we’re closed for the night”. She was VERY rude and clearly didn’t want to deal with me at all. Mind you, I was being extremely nice as I figured she was probably really stressed and just wanted to leave. But that is NO reason to be rude and so short with people. Again, all we both wanted to know is if that bag belonged to one of us. At first she said the bag was not for us but she didn’t even ask the name or even knew the name. She must have figured if she checked the name, I’d just gonna finally. So she did end up going to check. Unfortunately, it didn’t belong to either of us. I did thank her for checking for us and appreciated her. She said nothing and just walked away. As I was pulling away a few minutes later after informing both customers, I saw her leave and she just left that order ontop of the garbage can or maybe it was a cigarette thing, then got in her car. I never ever complain because I understand people can have their moments but this was just TOO extra for me to not say anything. It makes me not want to order personally or professionally after that. Maybe after some time I will change my mind. The security cameras will show the whole thing, maybe not hear it but can confirm what I’m stating. She needs a talk about how to be professional with customers."

"Quick service and the waitress was attentive. I had 2 over easy eggs ,bacon ,toast and home fries. Waitress asked if I wanted onions in them. I was like YES!! Thanks for suggesting that. They were excellent with fried onions . Had coffee ☕️. Little pricey for breakfast ."
