"If there was anything less than 1, I would give it. We ordered from LaBella's and when we arrived to pick it up, we were handed our order which we brought out to the car. After looking at the box we realized we were given the wrong pizza. We went back in to tell them, and they took the wrong pizza back and then just gave it to the customer that has originally ordered it. They apologized and realized they never actually made our pizza. They made the correct pizza for our order, which looks like they just threw the toppings, which were not even close to evenly distributed, and is clearly underbaked. This all happened while the rest of our order was left to get cold. They never offered anything to make the whole situation right and it took over an hour for an order that was promised 20-25 minutes after order."

"Wow! A real NY CITY PIZZERIA! The pizza was fabulous! Best tasting crust, flavorful toppings, reasonable prices! Will definitely go again! However, surroundings need improvement, including facilities like bathroom and treatment of customers."

"This place is great! I can’t remember the last time I had a real salad (that Is large enough for a meal if you add a protein) and bread even at a sit down restaurant included with a meal. The sauce on the dinners is Italian mom approved. The calzone is perfectly brown, with ricotta and mozzarella (as it should be-at no extra charge) veggies are crisp, wings are large and covered in sauce, This place cooks everything perfectly and doesn’t skimp on portions. How they pumped out all this food so quickly and had it turn out so delicious with how busy they were I’ll never know. They don’t harass you about a mask either even as they wear them. I’d highly recommend!"
