"Ordered online and arrived about 5 mins before expected time. After expected time I noticed no food on the Order Pick Up cart, and waited a little longer. Noticing no staff was making any food I went up and asked about my online order. Staff grabs it from side counter (where it was out of my site and not designated area) and hands it to me. Salad was OK but waaay too much ginger, barely any broccoli. Sriracha mixed in not even option to put on side when ordering. Sweet potatoes not even cooked, although they looked like it but couldn't even get my fork in them. First time ordering, probably my last. I've gotten this same food at other locations and it was amazing. update: store was very prompt to make good on this poor experience. Will be sure to give them a second chance."

"Food: The food here is very good. It may be healthier food, but it is not just rabbit food. I highly recommend trying. There is something for most. However, it is common for them to be out of ingredients. Service: The service here is normally good. Most of the time, the staff is friendly and efficient. The common problem I have here is that the bowls are not made the same way. I sometimes get odd ingredients that don't belong to the bowl I ordered. Atmosphere: This place is consistently dirty. The doors, floors, tables, and if you have to go to the bathroom, hold it. I eat here once or twice a month since they have opened. I still go back, so that should speak for itself. I'm recommending that you give it a chance, so that should say something also. I would give this a 4-star review if cleanliness was better. 5-star if it was cleaner and the meals were consistent."

"Pretty disappointing- ordered a large Greek chicken and quinoa salad, the lettuce is a bit wilted, they were out of a few of the toppings making them very minimal, asked for extra cucumbers and feta and did not receive even close. Barely any dressing, I never leave reviews but after really looking at what I paid for it’s certainly not what I received as there was a whole lot of room left in the bowl and the service was pretty slow and it didn’t appear to be very busy. If I wasn’t in a rush I would’ve given it back and asked for a refund. Not the best location today."

"Great healthy option and the food always tastes good. They package everything well, use fresh ingredients and it’s priced very fairly. This location is always clean and consistent."
