"Just want to leave a glowing review for the woman that checked us out. This was June 6th 2023. I was shopping with my husband and kids, and we went into Hot Topic and began browsing when my 3 year olds necklace broke. The woman at the cash register offered to fix the necklace while we continued looking around. She did indeed fix it to my 3 year olds delight. The woman was also accommodating with making sure we knew all the clearance and deals going on and grabbing something from a high shelf for me. I left as a very happy customer. I wish I remember your name, but if you see this thank you very much again Hot Topic employee."

"It was my first time actually at a hot topic, I always look at them and want to go in but I never had the time or money but it was definitely enjoyable.I had bought like 7 shirts and 2 skirts and then like 3-8 accessories, all that together had coast $225. The employees are very polite and helpful with anything, I had saw a skirt that was out of reach and I asked them to get it and they politely did. A bunch of accessories,clothes, and toys(Funko pop). I would definitely want to go back but with a lot more money though."
