"My wife and I have been helped by Mark and his team at Bennington Tire for about the last 20 years. They are everything you wish still existed all across this land, but have sadly all too often been squeezed out by chain stores that just can't match the type of service you can find in a place like Bennington Tire. It of course depends on the owner, and Mark and his team are the type of folks who must be amazingly competent to have been able to help us so many times, in ways that just go beyond what you are use to in a larger city or "by the numbers" operation. Seriously grateful for the fact that a place like this still exists! It would be a true loss to the community if they ever close their doors... long live Bennington Tire! Oh, no affiliation whatsoever, they just earned our deep respect and appreciation the old fashioned way."

"This was always my go to tire place for many years. Local, not a chain with very knowledgeable good service. However, if I want tires mounted and balanced I don't think it's any of your business where I bought them. I am sorry if the internet undercuts you. It's your prerogative to want to charge an inflated price to mount and balance the tires after you found out I bought them on line. I like to support local businesses, but I am not at the financial luxury to do so all of the time. I called you first when I needed two tires. Your lowest price was $100 over what I found on line. Sorry, but that is too big a difference. I understand the internet hurts your business, but asking me where I bought my tires and then charging more than 3 times the price to mount and balance over your competitor down the street is not helping your business either. So, the service is very good and the prices can be reasonable if you can afford it, need tires right away and are not an internet bargain hunter like me. I just found the fact that first asking where I bought my tires and then seemingly upcharging for an online purchase was off-putting. Which may be their way telling me they don't want my business after 20 years and protesting against the internet."

"4 tires I bought online took to bennington tire to be mounted the cost was at premium price range & with no appointment made I was in & out in less than half hour .Good place to visit they can supply most common size tires that day in most cases stop in see for your selfs. I have been to the other tire shops im now just using bennington tire no clicks ! Just friendly service with a kid friendly waiting area to boot ."

"I had a bolt stuck in my tire. They not only repaired the tire but also checked the air in all of my tires. The whole process was about 30 minutes and was $20 or $25 (I forget) but well worth it. They saved me a lot of money since I didn't have to buy a whole new tire."

"Over the years I have tried to do business with them a few times. 2 years ago they charged me through the roof to mount and balance my 4 tires. The last time I called to have my all season tires re-installed for the spring and the man on the phone was very rude as usual. He seemed genuinely disinterested in helping me. They don't seem to want local business because he told me that they wouldn't be able to help me for days, but upon driving by guys are just hanging around in the garage doing nothing."
