"I've gone to this place for years like a fool in most cases. I try to save a few bucks buying auto parts. Well, you get what you pay for. The service here is terrible for the most part. Bunch of clowns in most cases. I've had to return parts many times. One time 3 parts I bought for my 93' Jeep Cherokee were all NO GOOD DEFECTIVE.. Then I've tried to buy electrical parts and have had to return them because of cost and one time because they gave me the wrong part! I'll go to BOND AUTO from now on.. Maybe I'll have better parts and knowledgeable staff at the store....."

"Store is ok but staff could be a lot more knowledgeable. Placed an order for a part. Staff told me would be in the following Monday. When I arrived to pick it up, the assisting staff member told me no order had been placed. Very disappointing. I politely thanked him for his time and then proceeded to go to the nearest competitor"
