"Emailed asking specifically if I could bring the car over because I thought I had a leaky tire. The response I received ("If you have any questions or any concerns we'd be more than happy to answer anything. We apologize for any inconvenience.") made no sense and didn't answer my question. I replied asking the same question and got no reply. The address listed (26 Cataract St, Cohoes, NY) was only a couple of minutes away so I decided to just head over. It was a residential neighborhood... no auto repair/garage in sight."

"We were stranded on vacation over 400 miles from home on a Sunday morning… Few garages were open, and those who answered the phone offered no help, or told us that we would need to drop the car off for at least one evening. Anxious and concerned we found Garage Ninjas phone number on Google. Emily was calming, kind, and offered anything/everything we could need to help us get back on the road. With her support we were able to resolve the issue without needing to visit. She saved us a ton, was super accommodating and by 10am we got on the road with piece of mind!
