"Rob came in on short notice while another plumber was having me wait for hours. He was very calm and his mere presence helped diffuse a very stressful situation. He quickly and efficiently drained about a foot of standing water in the basement and installed a new and better sump pump. Afterwards, as an added bonus he reinstalled my dehumidifier and got me a hose so that it would drain into the sump pump. This way I don't have to constantly go down there to dump it. I so wish I hadn't wasted so much time waiting for the guy I called first. He even restored power to my kitchen appliances while he was down there."
