"COTTAGE #10 THE EGREGIOUS PIECE WAS THE COST: $196 for one night ($180 pre-tax). It was 2023 Labor Day weekend so they took advantage. Since we couldn’t find another room, we paid it. If I’m correct, the maximum listed price on the door of the room was $150 so they were probably breaking a law. Inexcusable price gouging. The room was very clean which we appreciated. The double bed was horrible and uncomfortable, so old and misshapen. The head sunk way below the feet so we remade it and slept the opposite way. Bathroom was TINY. A/C window unit above the bed was loud but it kept up gratefully. No wonder no one greeted us or smiled. They were probably ashamed and rightfully so."

"I'm staying in a cottage here. Great place for 2 people, although it does have bunk beds in this cottage for kids traveling with you. There's a nice stocked kitchenette. Stove, fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. It also has cooking and eating utensils. The staff is fantastic and very friendly."

"We loved this place and will absolutely be back. We booked last minute and there was no availability to stay in the same room two nights in a row, so we had one night in a cabin and one night in the motel. Both were clean and comfortable, well stocked with essentials - both had a fridge, microwave and coffee maker, the cabin also had a oven/ stove. Both rooms had mugs, dishes, and silverware. We were so pleasantly surprised by how query it was - in both the cabin AND the motel. We slept with the windows open and there was no intrusive noise, even when we were in the motel with a room near the street. Staff is fantastic, so kind and helpful. The location is perfect. The town is lovely, with good options for food and entertainment. About 15 minutes in the car will bring you to Biddeford, Portland, or Old Orchard - so it's a great option for a multiple day stay. We are definitely planning to come back!"

"Stayed in Cottage #1. Friendly staff. Very clean. Nice little quaint cottage. Felt very safe. Owner even offered for us to pick apples and pears right outside of the cabin Would stay there again."

"We stayed here for 5 nights while visiting family in Maine. The motel was centrally located and fit all our needs. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of this resort. They were busy day and night cleaning rooms. The owners were very friendly and hospitable. They have fruit trees on the property, and gave us the BEST plums we have EVER had! It is an older resort, but well maintained. Reminded us of places we stayed years ago as children. Would absolutely stay there again!"
