"I don’t understand the bad reviews for this hotel. I needed a place to stay while visiting my elderly mother who just transitioned to assisted living in the area. Booked two rooms for my family and the front desk attendant was extremely nice, rooms are clean and updated, location convenient, and price extremely reasonable. I’ve stayed in many hotels over the years for business, pleasure, and event planning. Is this a JW Marriott - no - and it’s not $300+ a night - it’s a Fairfield - and a great bargain for the cleanliness, convenience and service. I will stay here again."

"There was something going on there, but I didn't see much work happening to spite the signs posted so idk about renovations, but this was such an ick experience. Step out of bed, slightly miss the wall, and I was in the bathroom that was so cramped and small, I actually tried to make sure I went somewhere else before going in for the night. The ac unit was so dusty and clogged that I didn't want to use it, but had to. I was not inclined to ask for another room because I wasn't sure I'd get any better and if i had gotten worse, I would have left. It was nearly unbearable but we weren't there to spend time in the hotel, so sleep and shower was all it needed to do and it did that marginally. The shower curtain was ill fitting and wouldnt stay closed. The light was falling off the ceiling in the shower. The staff on the other hand, Kimberly in particular, was fantastic and very helpful and kind. That sort of made up for the room's condition. Proximity to everything was a plus too. I am sure that they have better rooms and the one I got was just off or they hadn't gotten to it yet, but if I had to do it over, give me a different room or I'm out."

"You definitely get what you pay for. The shades do not cover all the way, and so the bright glare of the parking lot lights will shine though the thin shade--It's more for aesthetic. They dont clean your room if you don't stay long enough. They are renovating so it's loud. And you will see rooms open with equipment stacked and a mess. If you're a light sleeper, I definitely do not recommend staying here. Good luck if you do."

"Started off by getting me a room that was already in use by someone else I found out by walking into it. The bathtub starts flooding instantly. The light switches and plugs come out of the wall. If you use them, the air conditioner sounds like a freight train. The TV internet is the slowest I've ever seen, and the lighting in the room sucks. I will not be coming back to this Marriott ever. I might actually start staying at Hilton's. Instead, it's how bad this experience has been, and I've been staying at Marriott's for 10 years. Also, the free breakfast there's no room for anyone to walk also doesn't get refilled. I was there at 7:00 a.m. Came here for business but will not be coming back. Room 317 first room 340 second over 1600$ spent here for a less than one star hotel. What a waste."

"Sketchiest hotel I've stayed at in a long while. Definitely not Marriott quality. Outside tailgate party in parking lot was drinking and smoking pot until atleast 11:00 pm. Most hotels would have run them off. Not here go ahead and use our shabby picnic table. Tiny room with outdated everything. AC sounded like a DC-10 getting ready to take off. Go somewhere or anywhere else. Front desk staff was friendly and professional- the lone shining star."
